Residential Rates
Availability: Available to members of the Cooperative for residential, small commercial, farm and ranch services subject to its established rules and regulations. Service on this schedule is limited to single phase consumers requiring not more than 50 KVA of installed transformer capacity.
Minimum: Park Electric will provide as standard service, up to 200 Amp capacity for the base rate. Over 200 Amp service will be $.50 per KVA in excess of 15 KVA plus the base rate. Line extension minimums under contract will supersede these minimums, if the line extension minimum is higher.

Members who use our auto pay program receive a $1.50/month reduction on the base rate.

True up of kWh annually. Any kWh generated above self-use will be zeroed at true up.
Base #1 includes 100A services and services with 5 kW or less generating capacity.
Base #2 includes 200A services with over 5 kW of generating capacity.
Base #3 includes 320A or greater services with over 5 kW of generating capacity.
